1. Clean nails and Apply base coat first and cure under LED /UV light.
2. Apply a cat eye gel nail polish/poly nail gel(DO NOT CURE), put the magnet over the nails for 10 seconds to get the cat eye effect, then cure under LED /UV light.
3. Apply top coat and cure with LED/UV light.
